David is an experienced director specialising in complex and large scale proposals and works for one of the largest independent planning consultancies in the country. He has advised and delivered on wide range of projects including commercial mixed-use, housing, healthcare, leisure and education development. His work has included a new Alder Hey hospital; the mixed use redevelopment of the former Colgate Palmolive factory in Salford (Soapworks); the redevelopment and extension of Edge Hill University; and the preparation of Strategic Regeneration Frameworks for Anfield and Paddington Village in Liverpool. He has a collaborative style based on building relationships with the client, development team, local authority and stakeholders in the planning process. David joined Turley in 2004 and has been a director since 2012.
